Safety Systems
Flame Safety device: loss of the flame signal automatically triggers a second attempt at ignition, which, if unsuccessful, immediately trips a circuit breaker.
Air pressure switch: Hermetic fan-flued combi boilers.
Flued sensor: flued combi boilers.
Anti-freeze safety system: the boiler starts up automatically when the temperature measured at the heating outlet falls below 5 degrees.
Pump Anti-blockage device: Operates for 10 seconds every 24 hours.
Heating circuit pressure switch: 3 bar.
EMC filter
Domestic hot water circuit pressure switch: 10 bar.
Electronic regulation system

2M Engineering ISOFAST Series Combi Boilers

The new Isofast series of boilers are high-technology products with a capacity of 30,000kcal/h and over 90% efficiency.

Information system:
The digital figures on the LCD panel inform the user when there is a problem in the flue, the water level has fallen, the air-flow is insufficient, or the flame has been extinguished.
Full flame modulation: Full flame modulation between 11.6 - 34.6 kw.
Unique Domestic hot water system: Because of the 4lt stainless steel water tank (the Microfast unit) the appliance is able to provide hot water in a shorter time than competitor's models, and in addition can maintain the settings of the domestic hot water, even when there are flow-rate fluctuations, and also provide hot water to more than one outlet.
Economic use: Due to the full flame modulation system, the appliance alters flame size appropriately to provide economic operation.
Economic operation in relation to internal and external air temperatures: Appropriate heating and fuel conservation are provided by the optional programme timer and external sensor unit.
Compatible with under-floor heating systems: By changing the configuration of the DIP switch, found on the newly-designed electronic card, the temperature of the heating outlet water can be maintained at 87, 73, 50°C.

MN-MD-MK series boilers 2M Engineering/DemirDokum System Heaters Commercial MN-MD-MK series Boilers
MK, MD and MN series cast iron boilers are manufactured with Jetstream Technology.
New Jetstream Technology... Jetstream is a patent-pending new technology developed particulary to prevent flue gas condensation in the boiler.
Non-Cendensing Operating... The return temperatures to boiler due to fuel type fired should not be lower than the degrees given in the following table to operate the boiler in non-condensing mode. These temperatures may decrease to lower degrees temporarily duting the operation particularly starting period.
Longer life... Jetstream Series are very strong to corrosion and thermal stresses due to temperature differences in cast iron sections. Patent-pending technology provides non-condensing operation and longer life term.
High efficiency... Boilers can be operated with low flue gas temperatures. It makes higher efficiency. This technology provides 93 % efficiency of natural gas and diesel oil.
Low investment cost... Jetstream boilers can be operated without using a by-pass pump between flow end return lines and as a speciality to a low temperature boiler, it does not require a three way valve in heating circuit since it can meet different requirements of the system without any condensation at different flow temperatures.

2M Engineering/DemirDokum Low Heating System Boiler - JETSTREAM
The Jetstream MN, MD and MK Series cast iron boilers provide a low temperature heating system which is designed and manufactured to meet all needs. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS : Non-condensing operation, the new Jetstream technology, low cost of hydraulic circuit, 3-way horizontal-pass, cast iron sections, forced draught, long life span, safe to use, manufactured according to British Standard Institute requirements, easily mounted, Additional sections can be included to provide higher capacities, minimum heat loss with radiation, P3 economy panel for economical use and comfort. MD and MN Series has a standard working pressure of 4 bars - 6 bars can be provided on request. The MK series is produced with 6 bars. By using a convenient combustion chamber, heat transfer surface design and fume gas retarders, optimum combustion and heat transfer is achieved, keeping flue gas emissions at the lowest degree.
2M Engineering/DemirDokum Steel Boilers
Demirdokum CK Series steel boilers are cylindrical horizontal three-pass, and can be operated with natural gas, LPG, light-oil or heavy oil. They are manufactured within the range of 82 kW to 3488 kW. The overall heat efficiency is approximately 93% depending on the model. The standard design pressure is 3 bars, however they can be manufactured for 4 to 10 bars on special request. The boilers, which are sold with 3-year guarantees, have TS-EN 303 certification.

2M Engineering/DemirDokum Cast-Iron Atmospherical Boiler
Demirdokum AK series are cast-iron sectional boilers with atmospherical burners which can be operated with natural gas and LPG, manufactured within the range from 81 kW to 260 kW (6 to 17 sections). The overall heat efficiency for these boilers is 91%. AK boilers are produced and tested for 6-bar design pressures. The Low Nox atmospherical burner, specially designed for AK boiler cast-iron blocks ensures silent operation of the boiler. Low pressure switch, high pressure governor, four magnetic ventiles, double ionization probe, and three independent thermostats for controlling the boiler water temperature provide complete safety in the entire system. The 5-year guarantee and cast iron structure ensures a long working life. The AK series boiler also has CE approval from the British Standards Institution.

The RS/1 series of burners covers a firing range from 163 to 465 kW, and they have been designed for use in hot or superheater water boilers, hot air or steam generators, diathermic oil boilers. Setting is "one stage"; optimisation of sound emissions is guaranteed by the use of fans with forward inclined blades and sound deadening material incorporated in the air suction circuit. The elevated performance of the fans and combustion head, guarantee flexibility of use and excellent working at all firing rates. The exclusive design ensures reduced dimensions, simple use and maintenance. A wide range of accessories guarantees elevated working flexibility.

2M Engineering/Riello Light-Oil Burners
Riello light-oil burners are available with an output range from 3.5 kg/h to 100 kg/h. The advanced technology of long life light-oil burners permits combustion to be optimized especially during the ignition cycle and shutdown. Each component on the burner is easily accessible in order to simplify maintenance operations. All electrical connections are equipped with sockets and key-type connectors to eliminate any risk of error during connection. The burners have one stage or two stage firing operations according to their outputs. The silent operation and compact dimensions (nearly 30% less than similar burners offering the same capacity) are distinguishing features of Demirdokum light-oil burners. In the RL series, the combustion air is controlled by a three-position hydraulic ram which allows the air damper to fully close when the burner is at rest. Simplified maintenance is achieved by a specially designed slide bar system which allows easy access to all of the essential components at the combustion head. Demirdokum light-oil burners comply with European Normative EN 267.
